Diego Rivera Anahuacalli Museum, Mexico City

For this exhibition, which was related to the architecture of the building of Diego Rivera's Anahuacalli Museum, I made an interview with the gardener, who is the eldest working person of the organisation. He worked with Diego Rivera himself, when they actually started building the museum; he was a stoneworker in this time. He knows many stories about the the history and the architecture of the building and the development of the garden. The garden is now a no-go area for the visitors of the museum, which is sad, because it's really beautiful. I wanted to open the garden for this exhibition by showing the video with the interview halfway the garden on a platform, easy to find for visitors. The bright-red painted platform, placed on the spot where I interviewed the gardener, is like a dot of red color in the green garden, easy to see from the roof of the museum.
